Utilizing yoga philosophy, various therapeutic modalities, fitness regimens and ayurvedic principles – the Journey in Movement is orchestrated for you, to transform you, as you move through life. The JIM is more than moving your body — it is working through and understanding your whole self: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Meet the Founder
Sarah Iaccarino
Sarah combines her experience as a mental health counselor, yoga teacher and master level trained reiki healer to offer personalized yoga therapy sessions to positively move people through life – improving the health of their physical and energetic bodies. Sarah published Balance Amongst the Chaos: Your Step by Step Guide to Wellbeing Through the Chakras and Balance Amongst the Chaos: The Daily Journal to explain the role chakras sustain in our behavioral, emotional and physical health – and practical methods for healing them. She is dedicated to helping individuals of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds embrace the journey of moving, both physically and emotionally.
